Loosing business due to business phone not working AGAIN! Am I expected to pay for the service in full each month? Of course. Choosing Comcast has cost me WAY more by lost calls than the price of the monthly service. I’m dumping this service first chance I get!!!!!4/12/23 9:30 A.M.Internet service down again. No landline phone, no credit card machines. My business looses money every time this happens. Why would I want to pay for a service that causes me to lose money on a regular basis?

Xfinity is a joke. Do not and I repeat do not recommend. I stayed on the phone with Xfinity from Nov 2022 to February 2023. They are a complete rip off. They will get you into a contract and will not tell you the full details. Home security sucks major butt. Then I returned all my equipment to the Xfinity Store in Ridgeland, MS and I was still charged for it. They will lie to you. Think twice before you consider......

This is the only location in Jackson and it was closed!! Was showing up as open on Comcast/Xfinity website and customer service said it was open as well.

Technical service is very slow when outage occurs. Xfinity has too manytechnical issues and cannot reach a live agent always getting thatstupid automated system.
