CHECKERBOARD PLAZA LLC is a small strip plaza that consists of 3 individual suites. Suite 1 is CHARLIE'S, a convenience store with a full kitchen. OPEN 5 DAYS a week. We offer breakfast with hot coffee: Monday- Friday 7:30am-11am Lunch: Monday-Friday 11am-2:45pm. We are a MS LOTTERY retailer. We accept EBT, & all major credit and debit cards. We sell cold beer, tobacco products, carry a variety of dry and can goods, dairy products, some fresh fruits & veggies. We also offer NOTARY & BILL PAYMENT SERVICES, along with faxing, printing, and copying! We’re on Doordash for food delivery orders.
