Mr. Cesar was totally unprofessional today! he made me feel like a complete criminal though I have never done such a thing in my entire life! This was unappreciative from me. We decided to close all 3 of our accounts! Btw no one wants to help from the escalation department. It all goes in one ear and out the other!

Staff unsympathetic when atm teller took cash without crediting it our account.
They can’t help. You have to call a number. Try being human and understand that money being stolen doesn’t feel too nice from the institution that holds thousands of your business dollars.

Never anyone here to help. Always at “lunch” or not available to until hours later. As I was waiting I saw them turn 2 new accounts away because a banker wasn’t available.

Go to another bank if you don't want a headache. Closed already and they just opened. No notification just Closed. Go to Regions you will hardly run into any problems. All customers are taking the time to walk to front doors and atm to find out they're closed. Poor management. I hope they are closed because management has been released.

Switched to Chase after terrible experiences with Capital One. Things were going great up until I lost my job, and was relying on chase to help me save money for when I needed it. Recently, they implemented a $12 dollar monthly fee for any account that doesn’t get a $500 direct deposit. REALLY? Will be going back to Chime, who hasn’t charged me anything to hold on to my money. This account is going to be cancelled quick. What services are you providing me that other banks can’t do for free? This is hurting low-income users, and it is certainly not helping people who have fell on hard times.
