Terrible service, the black man in the reception office is pedantic and treats me badly, I don't know if it's because I'm Latino but I'm tired of these black people from the warehouses with their bad treatment, that's how it is everywhere, a white gringo doesn't serve like that to the drivers, they are racists! Not me, I don't care about your black color, I just want friendly treatment because I don't speak perfect English and I have been driving for 12 hours. you understand ?

Broker said FCFS for deliveries before 5pm. Is this true or delivery by appointment only??

They take EFS but don't provide lumper receipt and brokers are cutting from the freight rate. The facility is not picking up the phone

All trucking companies take notice. If a receiver charges any type of late or reschedule fee they can be held liable if you are in a crash while hauling their freight. If you are involved in a crash that is caused by fatigue or speeding because you had to avoid a late or reschedule fee please let the law firm that will be suing you know about the late fee. They will add the receiver to the lawsuit.

The guy at the front desk seem like he is rude but he is really just a no nonsense straight forward type of guy. He get the job done . As a owner operator this is the type of individual I want to run my business granted he should smile sometimes lol. Thank everyone who provided feedback it prepared me for what was to come . First thing I said to him is “can I get a smile first before we start talking business” he held his hand out for my paperwork and I gave it to him and then I said can I at least get smile from you sir .. He finally cracked a half smile , but I was glad I said there we go !! Overall quick unload , very tight spot. $250 lumper fee, check out photos.

$125 lumper fee. Fast service and professional. If you are delivering Popeyes batter product ensure you arrive at 5am early no matter what your afternoon appointment states. They need that product for the morning trucks going out. Lumper has a funny sense of humor.

This place is usually good. You can plan on spending 45 mins-3 hrs here. There is a lumper fee. The guy you check-in with might seem rude but he's definitely a good person. There's no overnight parking. When leaving, leave trailer doors open for the guard. There's a couple truck stops 7-10 miles from this receiver. Delivering at night I don't know how many spots would be available. Drive safe drivers!!

Got here about 20 minutes before my appointment. Got a door right away. Guys in receiving aren't bad. Did pay a $120 lumper fee (well my company paid) for a full trailer to be unloaded. Only took 1.5 hrs from start to finish ( leaving the gate).Did not see a porta John or restroom. That is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.Plenty of room to maneuver and park.

Worst place for delivery came here at 8:30 pm and the guy at front office didn’t wanted to unload night. He told they only take loads between 5 pm and 7pm , only for 2 hours seriously… He asked me to come next day at 5pm. He dont respect the time of drivers. Even the security guard told me the night shift is a full mess in this company. Very disrespectful. Stay away ?
