“We were driving through Jackson on vacation and our service light came on. It was late so we stopped for the night. We didn't want to get stranded so we contacted the highest star rated mechanic in the area and they said we could come right in for I diagnostic check. (We did contacted another place that was closer to where we stayed but they acted like we were bothering them and said it could take hours and they might not get to us if we weren't there by 7:30) I was a little worried about the location as we were pulling up. The road they are on is ROUGH. We walked in and there was no one in the hall but I stuck my head in the garage area and two guys popped up. They greeted us and asked if we had had any trouble with the car other than the light, and showed us to the waiting room. They set us up with air and Netflix. There was also a water dispenser. They came and checked on us once to let us know that the test was being run. About 20 minutes later one of the men came to tell us what was going on and showed us the computer readout. Everything was cleared up and we now have peace of mind that we can enjoy the rest of our trip. Also I got a look at some of the work they did on car interior and it looked amazing.”

“**** short review: yes! would recommend!Long: Darryl was prompt and professional in returning my call, and adaptable with a same day Appt within hours. Impressive! I explained my priorities (heavy dog hair, moderate backseat mud, and price). Guesstimated the basic package at $180 plus they picked up and returned my SUV like new, and when they estimated. Excellent!Darryl and Merle arrived and they had nice aesthetics (uniform) and were very personable. That goes far when dealing with the public and I enjoyed getting to know them both a bit. Amazing!Darryl was up front about it needing more inside work =higher price. I agreed on the extra work, as phone estimates don’t have a visual, and I had a cleaning business so in- person estimates are best. Also, I am active outdoors and chauffeur muddy dogs.It seemed to almost double in price, which surprised me. So I didn’t like that hahaha That’s a jump that my frugal fanny didn’t want to budge with. So a bit pricey in my opinion and unexpected, for mainly a muddy backseat and TONS of dog hair. Yes. Tons. However, he was flexible with my budget and offers a military discount and veteran friendly.YALL. METICULOUS WORK ON THE DOG HAIR. LIKE EVEN IN THE SIDES AND UNDER THE SEAT. All gone.
