“I’ve always used Enterprise Car rental for over 20 years and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the company. Even though I don’t interact with customer service agents as much anymore, they have made it so much easier to rent a vehicle online especially at the airport for the convenience. I’ve had to take back to back road and flight trips out of state to take care of my Father’s affairs after his recent passing and Enterprise has made this part less stressful and easy for me.”

“Ok so here goes. I made reservations a few days in advance. I specifically asked for a truck. I arrived and no truck. It seemed there was an issue and one of the employees hadn't read the note holding the truck. Ok so they tried to correct this situation at the time. I got a truck that was not up to par. I WILL SAY THEY CONTACTED ME THE NEXT DAY AND MADE IT RIGHT! OK I was angry but I'll say that after that initial disappointment things got so much better!! David was an absolute delight and the manager Brian was the nicest of guys. Both REALLY CARED that there was an error. They brought a nearly brand new truck to my residence the next morning. They were very apologetic. All was forgiven. They fixed me up after my insurance company also had issues. So all and all? I'm very pleased. If you have any issues talk to Brian or David. A special thanks to Don as well who drove me to my body shop quickly when I turned the truck in! These 3 made a rough time so much more pleasant!!!”

“The team at this location was awesome during the one month period that I required a rental due to an accident. Marshun, Bre, and Devan were kind, knowledgeable and above all transparent! They answered any questions that I had, no matter how many times I called! I would recommend this location of Enterprise if you like prompt, personal attention for your rental needs!”
“I dropped off the rental car to a friendly, professional young woman who adjusted my bill to the lower quote an associate over the phone had given me. The clerk at the pick up location in NC would not make the adjustment nor did she even try. I would rent from this location again.”
“This was a good experience. Payless and Avis are connected, and the employee was very helpful. I think his name was Jeff and seemed to have a customer service attitude that was over and above what might be expected. I got a very good car and I will use them again if I am down in that area.”

“I usually rent with Alamo and don’t have issues HOWEVER this time would have been HORRIBLE if it weren’t for Deidre which is why I’m giving 4 stars. I’m knocking off a star because of the customer service I received from 1-800 customer service reservations. They completely messed up my reservation and gave me incorrect information. As a result, I arrived to pick up my vehicles and was vexed to find out the 1-800 agent was incorrect. Deidre was so patient with me and my husband. She helped us find solutions and after an hour and a half, we walked away with our vans. Thank you Deidre!!! YOU are the reason I will continue renting from Alamo when I visit Jackson.”

“The day before my planned vacation (day of pick up) another Budget location informed me that the rental I reserved was unavailable. That location did nothing to try to accommodate me for this. Ended up going to the Jackson Airport location and speaking with Lalita Davis. She made one call and located the type of rental I reserved. Although the rental had air conditioning issues (not her fault) we were able to trade rentals at another location. Lalita's attitude was everything and we appreciate her efforts in making our vacation a success! Need more employees like her!”
“This was my second time renting from U-Rentals. Mrs. Bernie is sooo sweet. She was very informative and patient with me. I gained a friend ❤️. My family experience was great! We rented a 12-15 passenger van, and it was clean and spacious. Making us have a comfortable ride. Thank you again U-Rentals and mostly Mrs. Bernie see you next year.”

“So the experience overall was frustrating BUT the staff did everything they could to help. I was tired and worried about my long drive at night, the preferred booth employee was doing his best, and I am sorry to him for how frustrated I was with having to go back and forth, he was doing what he thought was right, and was incredibly patient. That said - it would be advantageous to do some more general training with all the staff on the system so there’s less hiccups. Ultimately I had a decent experience as they upgraded me for free due to the issues and I appreciated that. The reviews for this location are really harsh but the vehicle I got (and the ones I noticed) was in very good shape, and you have to remember that the staff of any location can only do so much with the resources they’re given. I’d rent from here again.”

“I just want to say thank you to the gentleman who checked my car in at the Dollar/Hertz rental at Jackson Airport. I left my wallet in the rental car and didn't know it till I was back in the airport. I return to the car rental return station and this gentleman quickly found the car and my wallet. I wanted to give him a tip but unfortunately I rarely carry cash. This gentleman was a younger African American Male with a cast on his arm, I believe his name started with B. Thank you sir, I appreciate it. I hope this review finds it way to you.”
“I didn't rent directly from Hertz but had an encounter with one of the employees. Donna Magee at the Jackson airport location answered any questions I had and even contacted her supervisor for additional assistance. Both her and her supervisor were very attentive. Appreciate the positive experience with this location and vendor!”
“Their handling of overflow from storm Ida was sometimes overwhelming for staff and clients . Patience and perseverance was greatly needed. Vehicle provided was exceptional.”

“Choice of truck limited, there were two to choose. Picked a monster f250 super duty because the other lighter ram has a bad blinker. Pleasant people and was in and out quick.”
