Thought it was me until I read another review. First time visiting, and I have to agree it’s like you’re bothering them. It’s just sad the customer service in a lot of these businesses really suck. I’ll look elsewhere. Not the oil changing side, that guy was nice ? the other side.

I have been a customer here since I moved to Jackson in 2014. Up until COVID this was the best ship I had experienced since I have owned a car. Recently they seem uninviting or like they don't want the business. I had to take my car back for the same issue. I can't be quoted prices on the work just ruff estimate. I understand this on most jobs but today I just wanted to know the price of an oil change and a filter. Now the lady that's usually at the desk where they do oil changes has still been very pleasant. Hopefully it's just this location. I will try the car care clinic on triangle Dr if you need work done in this area

I spent $279 for A/C diagnostic and repair but it still didn’t work. Later, they said it needed a compressor and they planned to replace the entire cooling system.

Jason needs an attitude adjustment. Typical nonchalant stand offish type personality, not very inviting when dealing with customers, very rude, and don’t take matters seriously. The same ole Jason from a while back even till this day. But hey nobody takes things serious these days everything’s a joke now.

Here we go. I have been How many my oil change for three years. They had an outstanding crew today it’s completely completely new people. Two guys apparently you’re trying to change your vehicles while the woman that’s supposed to be coordinating is hiding in the corner with his cell phone. Completely different vibe not coming back here anymore.
The only reason why I came here for y’all was because the crew they had was fantastic, professional attentive. Money didn’t come easy and I’m sure not spending it here with this clown crew.

I rarely give bad reviews on Google but the service I got yesterday was terrible. I went to Car Care Clinic on I-55 on Frontage Rd to get air for my tire. An attendant came out, I asked him was air service here and he said he couldn't hear me. I imagine he couldn't with an blue tooth in his ear so I repeated it and pointed to my tire. Then he said if you need an oil change why are you pointing. I told him again I was pointing to the tire because I told you that I need air in it then he caught on and told me to go to the back. I found this to be unprofessional of him. I don't anyone to lose their job but he needs some work rules training. Poor job people skills, a blue tooth in your ear and you can't understand what the customer is saying wow.

Went to get an simple oil change and the man suggested I get a new filter.. Ok so no problem I did that!! So now tell me why my oil stick is bone dry and oil leaking out cuz they didn’t seal the filter.. I just bought this car!! I will not go back for service but they gone fix the problem..
