They changed my oil charged me for high price oil when i told them about it they just changed the sticker and change the price without changing the oil back again and let the air out my tires 40 in the front and 30 on the backs

On Jan 5 2024 After asking them did they have the right Master cylinder for my truck 4 times the lady said yes so they pulled it in the shop put it on but use the old broke cruise control switch 3 days later found out what they had done and it was still leaking so I took it back they put a new one on and tried to charge me another $100.so now it is still leaking and they refuse to work on my truck I feel this way a disservice to me that they only wanted my money not to fix my truck which also is considered bad business so ladies be aware,I wouldn't recommend them to anyone trying to cheat people gets you no where in life very disappointed.

Kept my vehicle all day. Closed at 3 p.m., only to call me at 2:35 to pick it up and then tell me they couldn't find the problem. Won't visit there again.Very disappointed.

Started out fine. Young black single mom of four complained about her free apartment ..allowed one of her children to wander over by me. Then she jumped up ...grabbed the kid and yelled at me to stop molesting her child. I went outside to check on my car and mechanic told me not to molest the kid. I never touched the kid. He claimed he tightened a loose bolt. Never did the repair.. won't be back..

I was passin thru and broke down on Sunday afternoon. Slept in my car, a nervous wreck. Monday mornin called every shop i could find. Bear was the mechanic here. He got my car back on the road in no time. Prayers answered. I'll forever be grateful and thankful!!!
