Poor, service. They lied and said I could bring in my grill but when I get there the lady said couldn't take it. They sell all that used garbage but wouldn't take my new grill that was given as a gift two years ago. I was just trying to get a few dollars to feed my family but of course they were useless.

Bought a ps2, took it home & controller did not work. Took it back the next day & they refused to offer any type of partial refund. They said I didn't pay for the extended warranty. They didn't say you have no warranty unless you buy the extended warranty. They also said it had been tested. I left the controller on the counter & said you've lost my business & I won't be back. DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTRONICS FROM THEM. I will be filing a complaint with the state banking agency that regulates them.

I have shopped here twice this year once for a violin and for a laptop. The violin, they helped work out a deal for me. The laptop , I did a layaway it was nicely taken care of and wrapped up in plastic wrap. Thank you when I make it I can it all start here. I especially wanna thank Rita, Deven and Nikki going beyond what I wanted.

The Capital Pawn Jackson location most definitely has the best customer service out of any store in Jackson and the surrounding areas. The store’s inventory is just a huge plus too. I worked with Nikki on a few items — from a laptop to a watch and I could not be any happier than I am having purchased from the items from her. She is quick but very thorough and attentive to what you want and makes it easier for you you to choose the exact item and feel like you have purchased exactly what you wanted and needed. Rita the store manager was working with her and Mike through the entire time Nikki was helping me find exactly what I wanted and needed. I found them not only to be friendly, helpful and had very much appreciation for the customers but they were also very workable with the price range from the already great priced items. I have another watch to go get from the store next week. I can’t wait to get by there this upcoming week and pick up the watch and see what new items there awesome store has out next week. I have found my favorite place to get my needed and wanted items. It’s hard to find anything in the store a nowadays but this location never disappoints with their items and the customer service is just outstanding to say the least.

The staff at Capital Pawn is super friendly and helpful. Mychael was very accommodating and gave overall great service. I’m not familiar with pawning or selling used things but he made it a breeze! Definitely check them out anytime you need to sell or pawn anything.

I had a great experience here. The young man gave awesome customer service and convience to go with his upsale. He held the door open for me me. He told me about going online and ensuring I shared my expierence with others. I thought someone had stole my cell phone and rushed out forgetting to take the items. They called me immediately and after calling back a day later the manager she still remember me and I was able to go back and pick my items up on Monday. I highly recommend this location. The energy here was very level and welcoming they even have onsite security.
