I started using Canton Road Veterinary Hospital out of convenience because I live nearby ... but stayed because of the wonderful care my dogs receive. Drs Dana Ford and Melissa Cefalu are fantastic as are the rest of the staff.I appreciate that they really listen when I discuss my dogs' health concerns and then offer multiple treatment options when appropriate. They take the time to explain the pros, cons, and costs of each option.Also, I find their pricing very reasonable compared to some other vets in the area.

Great customer service. Also, Dr. Ford spends the time necessary to make sure you understand what's going on. She also seems to genuinely think about your pet's situation to make sure care is tailored to your pet's specific needs and is the best current practice. I appreciate that if she recommends something it is really needed rather than you being upsold.
