Everyone here at Cannon has been great! This is not my first trip to have my vehicle serviced here. They are always very helpful, quick and cheerful. You don’t find that many places. Even after a mistake was made, nothing major, they were quick to remedy the situation. Raul is the service advisor who I’ve most dealt with. He, along with everyone in between, has been great!! Super friendly and personally thanked me for being so kind to them. They deserve the kindness.

My experience visiting Cannon Nissan on 6/4/24 was good. It was a pleasure meeting Gracie. Raul has always been my wonderful Service Advisor to assist with my needs but due to him being unavailable at that moment I came to Cannon Nissan, Gracie assisted me with my issues I had and took great care of me. Gracie and Raul are awesome at what they do and I know they will continue to keep up the good work! Also, it's glad to see revisions were made on completing the Survey within 1-2 minutes now!

I’ve never written a review before, but I was so disgusted, I felt I had to. I won the little flyer promotion, it said for $500, so I went. When I went, they had a whole other separate set of rules and instead it said I get $5. The employees refused to give me $5. Just $5. They instead forced a $25 gift card only redeemable with their services on me and we all know these services cost more than $25. Even though I asked for the $5 instead of the gift card, these employees refused to give me my prize winnings. Screw Nissan and their stingy employees, I’m never buying anything from Nissan

Cannon Nissan got the job done on my truck. The service was quick and appointments were readily available.
Update: The dealer did not disconnect my battery when they were doing electrical work on my truck and then they blew a fuse and ended up taking longer to do the service which I understand can happen, but the battery should have been disconnected before doing electrical work where they have the potential to blow a fuse. After taking my vehicle to this dealer, I find that my wheel lock key is no longer in my vehicle. No one else has been in my vehicle besides this dealer and they refuse to take any responsibility or contact me back after I have clearly explained the situation. I was told that they never touched my wheels before they even look or check with the tech. I am highly disappointed with this level of service. I have never found anything missing from my vehicle when taking it in for service.
