Customer service was so awesome. I called before hand in regards to a hat because i was from out of town. I couldn't have ask for friendly service and atmosphere. Very pleased with service and my hat. Thanks for being so kind to me.

Tammy was great! I called about a shirt that said only 1 in stock & was worried about if I would be able to pick it up same day if I purchased online. Instead of taking the chance she set the shirt aside and saved the day. She was very friendly also.

Love the atmosphere of BOOTS & MORE since 1997. My husband's never shops anywhere else for our cowboy boots and belts, etc.. Easy to get help finding what I need and the prices I'm looking for. Now, my oldest grandchild embarking on the journey with me. Got his first pair of cowboy boots here. may he continue the legacy of his Papa.

I purchased some boots online and they were the wrong size/style. Not what I ordered. 3 weeks after returning I'm still fighting for my refund and no one will return my emails.

Went there to get some new work boots. They had a nice selection and I was able to get the ones I wanted. Timberland pros are the best. I also looked around at the other boots and I will be going back to get me a pair of regular boots and jeans.

Called the Jackson store spoke with Billy concerning a pair of boots I wanted he tried to solve my problem on the phone and even attempted to solve it when there was no product in the store if a person will work this hard for you and you haven’t even bought anything imagine how hard they will work for you when you do buy something definitely worth checking out definitely worth being a repeat customer shop local give them an opportunity to try you’ll be glad you did
