Courtney was pleasant and very informative. She was patient and kind.. while handling multiple customers at a time. I went today and she helped me choose a new phone. I was happy to see that her customers service skills were on point. Especially being in the store alone. She never changed her demeanor or got frustrated. Thank you Courtney ?The location was clean and smelled very well.

The young lady that helped me out let's just say she was a blessing. I got off work and arrived when she was getting ready to shut it down. I was switching phones and getting another line added, so my visit was great!

I had to stop and grab a charger cord oh, just a cord Vine Joe. While they had it in stock, I was a bit surprised that it was $15. Service was mediocre, I felt like my presence was more an annoyance than that they were actually happy that they had a customer.

So today is Tuesday June 15th 2021 4 p.m. I called the retail service store to see if they had any specials with switching over from another company the person who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. she was very nice about it I'll give him the information that I asked is she hung up in my face I called back three times and she continues to hang up in my face whoever she is she needs to be fired because she shows no representation for this company.

One stars because cause I couldn't give a 0 I was told I could bring the phone i have after coming 2 boost twice then the 3rd time they say I have to buy a whole new phone when boost mobile was getting the kind of phone I have at boost today

Just visited this store to start service. I only visited the store because the google listing shows that it closed at 8:00 PM. As I entered the store Ebony said the store was closed. I then asked her did she know any other stores she said we all close at 8 PM. I said ok, do you know your google listing said 8? She said “AND......the note on the door says 6PM” in a very rude way. I explained to her that I was only trying to let her know just in case they didn’t know. She continued to be ugly and at that point I asked for her name and left. I do not go back and forth with people, yell, not argue. I will write an honest review on my experience with the location. If you are going to be in the customer service business you must follow the golden rule. Treat others how you wish to be treated.
