Very disappointed in the service of this jeweler. I took a ring in last October for a repair which they said was no problem to fix. They kept it for 7 months. I went by 4 times to pick it up and each time they said “it was in his desk” but he would fix it that day. I finally picked it up 7 months later without it ever being fixed and I’ll take it to another jeweler. If they weren’t willing or able to fix it, it would have been nice to know that up front.

On my first visit I told them my budget and vision. Brian immediately sat down with me and spent 2.5 hours showing me different ideas and customizing something perfect for us. A few days later he printed a 3D model of our design and I ended up buying a different ring he had just finished designing. I proposed to my girlfriend last night and she LOVES the ring and can’t stop starring at it. Thank you Brian and Will and the other awesome people at this shop! Love you guys!! ??❤️❤️

My wife lost one of her favorite earrings. She wore these on the night we met. They were purchased in a gift shop out of town, not fine jewelry but she loved them. I took the remaining earring to Beckham and they were able to make a new set, this time out of high quality silver. I gave them to my wife on Valentine's Day and she teared up. They are beautiful and she gets compliments all of the time. I would have gotten laughed out of other juniker, I mean, jewelry stores in town. Beckham took me seriously, treated me with respect and produced a wonderful product for an exceptional value. I will be doing my major jewelry purchases with Beckham for now on.

I had broken my new necklace i bought and needed to get it repaired not many companies repair sterling silver but luckily they did. So i went by and got it done I had no problems and they sent my piece to get repaired and it was great thankyou

I had a very enjoyable experience with Beckham Custom Jewelry. Brian offered me several designs for a custom ring before I settled on one. He was quite patient with my deliberations. I love the final design and the ring is quite unique. I felt the final price was quite fair. Anne helped move along the construction of my ring - it took a bit longer than I was told it would & I was a tad impatient. She kept me updated with photos & good humor & eased my anxiety. I enjoyed working with her. All in all, I’d highly recommend this jewelry store for custom work.

Posting here as well as yelp - I have interacted with this business on a few occasions over the past couple of years. Every time I walked into the store, I was never impressed with the customer service. They are cold and not helpful. Personally, I use another custom jeweler for all my needs because of the poor management and craftsmanship of Beckham. I received a gift from here this week. After inspecting the ring I was given, it is clearly evident that the bench jeweler who made the ring did not have much training or did not care about the quality of the ring. There are a large number of visible mistakes along the shank of the ring, the scalloped setting is the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen, and the prongs look weak and uneven. The gold should be melted down and completely re-done.Brian Beckham claims to be a Graduate Gemologist from GIA. As a student at GIA, the quality and craftsmanship of the jewelry he made/sold should never have made it onto a client's hand. I could never recommend this business to anyone that truly cares about fine jewelry.

It is such a shame that this place is still in business. They repeatedly messed up a project (we had paid them upfront or I would have taken my heirlooms and run) and the finished product was terrible quality and I will likely need to have these pieces re-done else where. They never once apologized for their mistakes and they never once apologized for running an unorganized, ill equipped business.

Brian and Sean and the rest of the staff are great. Beautiful designs with a level of creativity that is rare to find. Highly recommend!!
