My husband had heart surgery in December of 2022. When he was dismissed, we picked up his medicine at Baptist Pharmacy. They said they could mail it to us every month to Kosciusko. We have been 100% pleased with their service!!!! The medicine costs are the best anywhere! Pharmacy staff is A+

Great hospital and staff that care about their patients. Best hospital I have I ever been to. They were so nice and did everything they could to make sure I was okay and comfortable before and after surgery.

I do not recommend this hospital. My grandmother has been here for the last month and the nurses have shown to be incompetent and the physicians have been very rude on the telephone. They lack empathy and compassion. She has not received proper care. Since she was unable to eat by mouth, they just let her go two weeks without any nutrition period. I highly do not recommend anyone be treated here if they want to get well! Not to mention, they DO NOT respect the families wishes. Their negligence killed my other grandmother last August. Do NOT GO HERE.

Father was admitted for wound care . Communication for date of discharge was horrible. Was told on Saturday he was being discharged. Physicians had told us he would be discharge in 4 days . Case manager was rude and not helpful I felt threatened . l was completely blindsided by his discharge. He arrived at nursing home at 11pm in severe pain. Hospice nurse got to nursing home my father was in severe pain. Hospice nurse had to call and get pain medication. Baptist failed to send all orders and paperwork. Communication between doctors, case manager and hospice was terrible and between patient and family was horrible.

I had my appendix taken out last night at 11pm at Baptist Hospital in Jackson, MS... Honestly, I met some really good nurses and Dr. Gregory Fiser was Wonderful! In pain still, but blessed to be taken care of by such a wonderful staff! I am so lucky for all the kindness from the Nurse Aid, 3 Nurses, and the Surgeon! Thank You So Very Much!

My Grandmother had a double bypass heart surgery yesterday and came out perfectly fine she had amazing doctors that she was very pleased to have they made her feel very comfortable. I knew that the Baptist hospital was the best heart hospital in Mississippi we do understand that God has all power in his hands and he chose the right physicians to assist him with making this surgery as perfect as his plan was called to do I most definitely recommend this hospital with 5 stars. Relax at the Baptist!

Just got back from surgery installing a pacemaker. Everything went fine. Didn’t hurt at all. Talk to the cardiologist the whole time he was working on me. This is an excellent hospital and the staff is first rate! Scheduled to go home tomorrow afternoon.

The technologists in the colonnades as well as the hospital CT department were very knowledgeable about their work and caring while performing my exams. My experience with the IR and his nurses who performed my procedure couldn’t have gone better. Simple things like offering me a warm blanket or a cup of coffee when my procedure was through made all the difference. I would highly recommend this facility to my friends and family. Should me or my family need medical care again, Baptist will be our first choice.
