If I could give less than 1 star I would. Absolute terrible customer service.... Mary Morgan was very rude to me and my daughter. She assured us when picking out fabric for nursery that they had just updated fabric and would have it in stock long term... after paying for baby bedding a month later she informs us the fabric is discontinued after we already purchased numerous items that would match for nursery. I also ordered a nursery chair that should've been here in Jan and now 2 months later she informs me it will be May or after. Very rude on the phone tried to over speak me...not professional !!!! Will never shop here again!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found the people that run this store are very nice and super helpful. The lower level has tons of really cool toys for all ages.

Found them by google for a bogg bag and they had one! Extremely fast at getting my order ready and shipped out (I’m up in Indiana)! I was so excited to receive it yesterday! Thank you! Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. I ordered a custom bedding for my baby that is due in February. When I ordered it I was assured that all of the fabrics I chose would be in stock and would stay in stock for a while. So I ordered it and made my down payment on it and started preparing the rest of my baby’s room decor. Well an entire month later—after I have already purchased multiple things to match the bedding I picked out— they call to tell me that the main fabric I had chosen was no longer available. I had to chose another fabric that I wasn’t really happy with and didn’t really go perfectly with all the stuff I already bought for the room. I also was told they would not give me any sort of discount. I was extremely disappointed to say the least. Will not be shopping here again.

Price of the baby shower gift I purchased was less expensive than other sites including the parents to-be gift registry. I was able to have the gift sent directly to the happy couple with no problems. The delivery arrived a few days later than expected, but this was not a problem. All in all shopping with Babysupermarket was a good experience & I would recommend shopping there.

Must-go store for all expectant mothers! They have everything from cribs to car seats to strollers and gifts. I was so very pleased with our stroller and car seat from here. The selection of brands was incredible and it’s great to be able to learn how to collapse the stroller and click the car seat in and out of the base. We ended up going back and getting a rocking chair- which was such a fun experience! We sat in all the chairs and picked out the exact fabric that worked with our nursery color scheme. I have been telling all my expecting friends that this store is the best place to start when prepping for baby! Prices are reasonable and their selection of brands is impressive.

Exceptional customer service and an absolutely massive selection of items. I was considering ordering some christmas presents from Walmart.com for my sisters kids, but decided to get out of the house and support my local small businesses instead, even if I had to pay a little more. When I walked in an associate walked to me, cheerfully greeted me, and proceeded to help me find exactly what I was looking for AND it was cheaper here than online at Walmart! And don't be fooled, I thought it was going to be all baby stuff when I was first walking in but they had some awesome toys for kids of all ages. Low prices, clean and well organized store, and top notch customer service. I think 5 star reviews are handed out far too frequently on the internet now, and i'm honestly a bit of a stickler when it comes to my reviews online, but these guys just nailed it. 5/5, Ill definitely be back!
