I was a driver at this store. As of Thursday May 25th, 2023, Auto Plus is now closed. Back on January 31st, we were informed that corporate had filed for bankruptcy because the parent company, IEH Enterprises, had stopped funding it. Over the last few months, AutoPlus assets have been sold off to other companies. At the last minute, a buyer picked up our Vicksburg, Ridgeland, and Brandon stores, but did not pick up the main warehouse in Jackson because they already had one downtown. Our wonderful manager made sure we all had a places to go, so our jobs were saved. I really hated the store closed, because it was a good place to work, but it is what it is. That's why this location is now closed.

I just got the worst service from Mike on the phone i do business with this company every day they just lost a loyal customer from someone being rude and just trying to rush me off the phone
