Took my car (Audi) there that morning about 9:30-10:00 because my a/c went out. That's one of the places where my insurance told me to take it. I left it there for them to do the work. About 3:00 that evening they called me and said my car is ready. It's been blowing snowballs every since. Thx u Auto One we will be doing business again.

I will never ever come back to this place so the charged me 678$ to change my brakes. They said it’s that high because they charge 107$ an hour for the service and my brakes n rotors and caliber was messed up. Also they charged me for all my lug nut they said they had to break the others off in order get my tire off so they charged me for all of those. Then they didn’t even give me another one after charging me for it.\nSo not even a week later I had trouble again but with my tire and I went to another shop and come to find out they overcharged me for everything. I was told by multiple people that I was cheated out my money.\nSo now a moth later my brakes n router went out again and I went to another shop and come to find out these bitches only put one brake on my damn car like who the fuck does that.\n107$ a hour plus 678$ for everything yea no thank won’t ever n I’m telling everyone I know to not ever go here. O n I’m taking y’all to small claims court because y’all are some messed up as people. See this why we take our service to white n Mexicans because when we try n support black own businesses y’all rip people off and use the fact that I’m a female n would never have know that y’all did this\nOne side has 2 brakes on it and the other side doesn’t.

I’ve taken my Toyota Highlander to multiple Toyota dealerships to see why my radio stopped playing. After getting the run around and hearing it’s going to be thousands of dollars and a 4 month wait on replacement parts, these guys were recommended by a friend.
