Maintenance is prompt, room was clean when I moved in, the amenities are SUPER nice and the TRASH ROOM is always kept under control (something that is very rare in my experience). The agents and management are all extremely nice and helpful. Being in The District, you're also within walking distance of great food and drinks. HIGHLY recommend living here if you need an apartment in the Jackson area.”

“This was my very first apartment Kim and Joseph was very patient with me and walking me through the steps they were very understanding of my situation and lenient. The complex is gated and secured with a great security system. I wouldn’t wanna stay any other place they are the best in Jackson!”
