I always have the best experience at Albriton’s! They are so helpful and kind, and far exceed expectations. I had them do some sizing and repairs to my wedding rings and a cocktail ring and they did a beautiful job! The best part - both were my grandmother’s rings that came from Albriton’s more than 50 years ago! Thank you!

Staff is super nice. I dropped off a watch I thought needed a service because it was running fast. The next day I was contacted and told that the watch didn’t require a service. The watchmaker had gone ahead and regulated the time, and there was no fee/charge. If you’re looking for an honest business, Albriton’s is the one. They could have charged me for a service I didn’t need, and I would have never known. I will definitely give them all my future jewelry and watch purchasing business. Thanks for being honest and friendly.

Thankful to Albritons who were able to resize the ring my fiancé proposed with which belonged to his late grandmother. We got it back and it looks stunning and fits like a glove. Would definitely recommend - turn around time was quick as well!

Great place to get your watch batteries and any watch fixed quick 1 day service. Drop off ready the next day. I have done business with them for more than 10 years. Always helpful and professional. I live in Dallas now but always come back for the service.

Excellent customer service and great work repairing my jewelry/replacing watch batteries, as always at Albriton’s! It’s my go-to jewelry store and has been for many years! I also love the convenient location in NE Jackson across from Highland Village, the fact that it’s a family-owned business, and that I’m adding to the local economy with every dollar I spend there. I give it the highest recommendation possible!
