Charges me $10 for reg polish removal and then rushes me to pay, while im letting my clear coat dry .Because some walk-in came in for a service.Also she kept trying to do extra service like a cut down and file to add more money to the tab. I literally just had a mani a week ago just didn't like the polish.

I wanted my eyebrows did and the woman who arched them totally butchered my eyebrows she kept one thicker than the other and literally took almost ALL the hair off the other one.I do not recommend getting your eyebrows did here.im crying literal tears because of how bad she did

Now that I have found me a new nail home I can leave this review! I was going to every 3 weeks maybe 4 but often client since 2020. I Loved my nails and honestly them… late nights some days I would luckily be the last customer due to familiarity of course! My last visit was so horrid I hated everything about it and them…. Prices go up as they should but so should the respect and quality! Pedicure chairs made noise… the nozzle inside the foot tub was broke! My pedicure was so lazy… one day the lady just put my feet in water no plastic bag. The new young male is rude as hell… had done my acrylic on my big toe wrong a million times and just have a stupid look never an apology. Wishing them well

I do not recommend. I went there for a pedicure, the gentle man cut my toe two times time he got started. So they let a lady finish. She cut 3 of my toes, which is amazing being that they did a horrible job of actually cleaning my toes (removing dead skin, clipping etc). After that messed my toes up, he then charges me regular price. No paint either. I would not recommend them to a dog. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. PLEASE!!Service: Pedicure

This nail salon location is going to make sure you have a customized look no matter what your budget is. They can do a clean look or an exotic look. Very professional and clean. I will always come back.

I will not return for their services because they messed up my nails TWICE. Once in December 2022 and once on June 9, 2023 . I’m telling the technician that he was not doing my nails like the picture i showed him and his response was “it’s not going to look right.” So basically he was doing what he wanted to do on my nails. So i told him i didn’t like it and can he take it off so he charged me an additional $15 just to mess them up again. I left and went to another nail shop to fix his mess..

I hate to give negative reviews but I've given this place 3 chances, and have yet to have a good experience. I have heard Mai is wonderful so I wish I could have had her but because they don't allow appointments, I always end up with someone else. My dip usually lasts 3 weeks. Each time I've gone to "#1 Nail" I've had to go somewhere else within a week to fix the mess. The last time I was there, a lady next to me left mid-session because the nail tech made her bleed and broke her nail pretty low. There was no apology and the workers spoke to each other and appeared to laugh at the situation. No apology was given to the customer. There was a worker behind me (presumably on break) watching a tv show on his phone on loud volume. The workers have never been particularly friendly and it seems unless you are a "usual," they have little interest in serving you. Despite all of this, I've tipped generously and have given chances but have seen no change. I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1, because I do believe that everyone has a bad day and I don't want to impact someone's livelihood. But, I hope #1 Nail does better for their paying customers in the future.
