He had my vehicle for almost two months and he still didn’t fix the problem. I was only contacted once about my vehicles progress and that was later that first week. He said that it was running but I needed an oil leak fixed or it would damage the part he fixed again. I said I understood and continued on. Only after I personally called up there a month later did they tell me that I had to get a power steering pump and valve cover. Then said that he’s been busy helping other companies move and that he put my vehicle at the back of the line. Long story short, they charged me $1,250. Im here now, three days later, broken down on the side of the highway doing the same exact thing it was doing when I called them. I told them I don’t want them working on it anymore. I hope this helps someone.

Absolutely one of the most friendly and fast responding wrecker services I have ever encountered. We came to move a vehicle that had ran when we cranked it 2 months prior. But unfortunately it would not crank, and it eas imperative it be moved that day. After calling Watson's, they were at our house within 20 minutes. And they moved our very heavy car over 2 hours away, for a very reasonable rate. Look no further than this place. They will take care of you!

When my car broke down Mr. Watson came to my work and picked up my car . He took me all the way home. He then worked late into the night to fix my car. The following day he brought my car back to my work. I highly recommend this place for all your auto care needs.

Vance went out of his way to help our family when we were stranded while on vacation. He immediately discovered the issue with our car and helped to tow the car over 100 miles away. He even stuck around to ensure we were ok and texted us the following day to make sure we were all safe and the car was fixed. I had my vehicle towed here in July and recently had it moved because it hadn't been touched the whole time. Everytime I would contact to get an update it was always an excuse ranging from the secretary lost my number to all of his employees quit. Do not recommend to anyone.Service: Engine repair

My alternator went out on my husbands truck while I was hauling a gooseneck trailer. My lights were out and I was on the side of the highway with a horse in the back, a dog and my son with me. I had been driving for 7 hours from Louisiana to TN. I was so grateful to find this place on google and that he was able to come help me right away. He hauled my truck and trailer with my horse to his shop all in one trip and it was fixed the next day on Sunday. I am so thankful that Iuka was the place I broke down because I was doubtful that I’d be able to find anyone to fix it so quick much less a towing AND mechanic business 15 minutes from me. Very fast and reliable.

Husband totalled his vehicle and they were called. We tried to tell them right then we had someone coming to get the vehicle but their policy is they can't stop they have to come. And so we asked how much it would be to pull it 0.2 miles (literally not even a 1/3 of a mile) to our home up the hill and they said $200!!!! Long story short we paid $100 to leave us alone. This business is pathetic. I will warn everyone of these people!
