When my two year old Mercedes was in a parking lot accident in November that left the entire passenger side badly damaged, I was beside myself. A friend and fellow car lover recommended me to Mike's Auto Body. Being a skeptic of all body shops from a past experience, I poured over reviews, but only found positive feedback. I reached out to the owner, Mike, on IG and after our conversation I felt comfortable enough to tow my car to his shop from the place I had originally sent it to. The first time I visited the shop to sign paperwork, I felt good about my decision to bring my car there. Everyone was friendly and reassuring. Heather in the office was kind and helpful. Mike was patient and took the time to discuss all of my concerns. The repairs took a month due to the extent of the damage. The entire time I waited for my car to be ready I was nervous of how it would come out. I didn't think it was possible my car could ever look the same. I even planned on selling it as soon as I got it back. My sentiment changed the day I picked my car up- it looked amazing, it looked new again. The paint job was the best I've seen. To further reinforce my conviction, a week later I took my car to my Mercedes dealership for maintenance and asked my service advisor if he could tell where my car had work done- he couldn't. I was so impressed with the high quality of work that I even sent another car of mine here for some paint work since then. Thank you to Mike and his team for exceptional service.

Absolutely impeccable service. My Mustang was keyed along the door, back and forth multiple times. I e-mailed Mike's, and they responded almost immediately. They were able to send me a reasonable quote online after I sent over some pictures of the damages. They were flexible with scheduling, I asked if I could drop it off on a Monday, so I could have it back by Friday. I dropped it off on Monday. The next day, I get a call from Mike letting me know that they were already finished, after only one day. He also said that the damage wasn't as bad as originally assumed, so he cut the quote in HALF. That's a level of honesty that can restore someone's faith in humanity. When I got the car back, it looked better than when I first bought it. It looked better than brand new. Couldn't have asked for better service!
