Tuesday this week, I went into Scott Petrolum in Grenada and paid for 150 gallons of propane to be put into my 200 gallon tank. I only had 10 gallons left in it. I agreed to keep my niece and nephew for the weekend to give my sister a break. Last night it seemed as if the house just would not get warm when I turned the automatic heat on. This morning I woke up and I put a coat on in the house because it’s so cold! I went outside and checked the tank and I am completely out of

July 22, 2013 870-355-1346 My name is Mrs. Frank Warren, on Saturday July 20, 2013 at 10:29 A.M. I purchased $15.00 of gas on pump 06 in Eudora, AR at Scott Petroleum NO 2881 Highway 65 South Eudora, AR 71640. After the purchase of the contaminated/ watered gas I went approximately 6 miles from the station and my car started vigorously jerking jolting and stalling. I was not able to reach the speed of 35 mph as of today my car still is jerking, jolting, and stalling . On Monday July 22, my husband went to the Eudora station at 7:50 A.M. and spoke with your store manager about this concern. The manager told my husband we would need to come back at 9:00 A.M. and fill out a form as well as have a receipt. My husband informed your manager that I didn't get off work until 4:30 p.m. at this time she didn't state her work hours. At approximately 5:30 p.m. I went to the store with the item she told my husband we would need. I spoke with a sale person and she informed me that the manager wasn't in and the manager would need to be there for me to fill out the form. The sale person was extremely polite she called the manager and advised her I was at the store and was ready to fill out the needed forms. The manager stated that her work hours are from 6:00 A.M. 2:00 P.M. Monday- Friday and I would have to come back during those hours. I stated my hours of work are from 6A.M. until 4:30 p.m. and I do not work in Eudora. Now my concern is she was not at the store when I purchased the gas and there was no problem receiving my cash on her day off. I truly have a problem with this matter "SCOTT" product damaged my car and I am expected to pay for the gas, lose a day's pay and be insulted by an employee of Scott. An imperfection flawed and defected product of "SCOTT PETROLEUM was sold to me. I get treated like the scum of the dirt by an employee-manager a representative of SCOTT. What does SCOTT hire? Is this the kind of company that allows employees to treat paying customers disrespectfully? I was harmed by bad gas and your employee. I am extremely distressed that she spoke to me in this manner. In addition to, she assumed I am not intelligent enough to fill out papers without her present. I am a highly educated person qualified, capable, skilled and competent enough to filling out a form. I can read and write. I have a receipt that I purchased the gas and I am positive the camera will show date and time. I am displeased with your manager and her conduct towards me. My car is damaged due to the gas I bought at you store and your manager who represents you has the audacity to be dreadfully disrespectful and hostile to me. I would like my car repaired as well as an apology for such inexcusable, unpardonable and rude behavior to a paying customer from a representative of Scott Petroleum the manager of Eudora, AR store.
