Very bad service at the office, prepare to be standing for an hour or more waiting to check in, it is possible that when you check in they have already finished unloading the truck.

I don't understand the 1 star. UNFI was better organized, easier parking, and faster than most. My appointment was for 00:01. I followed the signed and drove a half mile down the road turned left, there was a line, I parked behind the truck in front of me and follwed them in. Security is one at a time. Parking was easy. Took my bills to door 41. There was 5 other drivers in front of me. It took about 20mins. They unloaded my truck like a thief in the night, and I didn't feel a thing. It was fast. They called, and I went to pick up my bills. If check in with capstone was faster, this place would be exceptional. Great experience overall. Everyone was professional.

This place is a joke green light for 3 hours still no call so I go inside to see how much longer it was gonna take the 2 people in the office was sleeping so I woke one of them and he told me to go back to my truck until I get a phone call telling me to come back to get my paperwork this place is a freaking joke I won't be back

Make sure to enter and the right entrance or they will turn you around. Best to get here around 9-10 o clock because they start receiving at 12 and the line on the side of the street can be very long. Lumper fees are super expensive.

This is a test of the non broadcast system. For whatever reason both sides of this load let it touch my phone and hung up. So keep watching your phone. Be sure you don't turn into the gate early. One truck at a time. They'll make you back out. Which of course is unsafe and into a line so just fudge it a few minutes. They process fairly quick. But it's everyone at once so it still took 2.25 hours from 0030 to finished handing in paperwork.

If there’s a negative star to give, I will definitely give for this receiving place. This place does not follow the appointment time and then does not let you go on time. I came here early before they open (11 pm) and holding me till 8 AM. They are super slow more than anywhere else. I will never going to come here . Avoid this receiving place.

When you see the UNFI sign keep going about a half a mile on industrial , follow it around until you get to the entrance. If you turn down Allen Rd they’ll probably turn you around and make you go to the truck entrance, smh. Anywho I Arrived at 1am , got out the door at 4:30, which is pretty reasonable. I don’t understand why they have so many bad reviews paid lumper , make sure you chock your wheels they won’t unload unless you do. Plenty of backing space , staff friendly.

Worst location for delivery , do not come here ever again.And if you want to apply for detention , you need to request from them a form of detention in order to be approved, otherwise your detention will be denied.
