Feel strongly the mortgage department is biased when it comes to race and entrepreneurs. They'll give you a pre-approval offer but give you a ton of reasons why you can't afford a certain home or speak of taxes being to high on a property. If a customer has the savings and income to afford it, then what's the problem? Every home I tried putting an offer in i received excuses for months. Finally went somewhere else and became a home owner in a month. Here's the kicker.....it was for one of the homes I tried getting through Trustmark.

My experience was an AWESOME EXPERIENCE. When I first spoke with Mrs lilian wilson, I wasn’t were I needed to be with my credit. I was placed in a program by Mrs lilian to repair my credit. Follows up were made and work on my behalf was done. The process wasn’t easy but Mrs lilian made it easy and hassle free. At times I became discouraged and even wanted to give up, however Mrs lilian wilson reminded me of the final goal and today I'm a trading investor. She helps me make a daily profit of 15%, contact her for a profitable trading and successful withdrawal.

Went into Trustmark bank, closed the account, received a receipt that stated closed. A day or two later account went into a negative, the account was closed! I then called customer service and was told it takes days to close and the people on the dark side don’t know that. I then asked her what was the dark side? She then got a bad nasty attitude. She threw the window tellers under the bus, trustmark is sending 99 cents through then charging 35 on a closed account! How does a closed account reopen? Racking up fees! I’m disgusted with trustmark which I once considered a good bank up until the day I closed the accOunt and they reopened a dead account to hustle us for money!

they froze my account for no effing reason and now my card declines everywhere despite me having plenty of money. my online banking is frozen too. can't even get groceries without my card declining. thanks for making me starve "trust"mark!

I have nothing but good things to say about trustmark bank.especially hornlake.mrs shavonda is so nice her and her employees never gave me no problem. i have bank with trustmark over 20years, attitude is everything on both parts.

I opened an account here almost 2 years ago.. it took all of 15 minutes.. the manager was great!! All the ladies that work at this branch are very helpful!! I especially love Miss Carolyn who works the drive through!!

Never in my life have I ever came across a more rude person than the little girl behind the counter on a Saturday at the Horn lake location. When asked to make a deposit she asked me the name of the company 5 times and said she couldn't find it. even though I have been making deposits for 2 years on this account. I asked If she was new. then she started going off on me how she worked there for 5 years. then hands me a form I never filled out before EVER . I SAID WHATS THIS. she said fill it out. I said sorry I don't know how. then goes off again like I am to do her job
what a joke this place is. no wo nder it looks like a dump inside, trash on the floor, mold smelling. entitled racist losers is what they are. Of course her entire demeanor changed when a black lady behind me came up.

Really good bank, i have been banking here for a couple years. The only thing I dont like is the online banking can be very very very inaccurate.

I opened my account here about 14 years ago. I moved to southaven and still drive to this location. The manager, Shavonda Garrett is awesome. She is always friendly and helpful. I love that when I walk in she will remember my name and greets me more like a friend then just a customer.
