I have contacted this office by voicemail once and email three times, just trying to get a quote on homeowners and car insurance. No one has contacted me. I first called them the week before Christmas. Guess they have got all the business they need. So, I already know how I would be treated if I were a client of this Allstate office. I appreciate the heads up!

Went to get Homeowners insurance quote due to receiving a maer from another Allstate agent that was alot lower than my current rate. Agent gave me a quote much higher than my current rate, but stated agents send out those quotes just to get you to come in knowing the quote isn't accurate. False advertising is not away to get business. So much for being in " good hands" if a company allows this type of false advertising to get business how can you believe anything they tell you?

Chelsea Hughey out of the Horn Lake branch is awesome! She is so quick to respond and very detailed. I have never had this type of service with any other insurance company that I have worked with. Chelsea is always very helpful and so sweet to work with. She has exceeded my expectations.
