Well, the experience I had going there was 'I didn't like how my hair turned out and she also gave me an appointment, when I went it turned out that she didn't have her beauty salon open when she 'appointed me at an hour' but it didn't happen like that 'I went to my appointment and I even had to call her and tell her that I had my appointment with her about my hair... and it took me so long to get to her business 'an hour she made me wait!
He arrived and opened the door and began to cut my hair and put lights on me because that was what I asked him,,, "but it was not enough to let me wait" but when he finished cutting me and putting lights on my hair 'he told me that It was $290.00 dollars and they charged me I don't know how much extra money. It was such a bad experience for me. That's why I'll never stop at that business again ' ????...and he's also a very gossipy person ' and I don't like listening to people who speak badly about other people that's why things go wrong ' ??

I asked more a trim and she showed me how much she would cut with was less than an inch. My hair was waist length and now is shoulder length. My bangs she asked if I wanted them chin length or shorter. I showed her the length and they are way shorter. I clearly said in the beginning that I did not want much length taken off but a trim and some long layers. I really emphasized this and I was devastated once I saw my hair. It is shorter than it’s ever been, the layers are choppy, and the bangs are way to short and not blended into the rest of the hair.Service: Haircut

5 Stars all the way. Great stylist, does a great job.It’s always full of appreciative customers. You can see the smiles on a regular ones there. I am really happy, that I found her to be my stylist.

My boyfriend and I took his daughter here to get highlights and a trim. Jackie was SO nice and did such a great job! She also quoted us less than Super Cuts and Sephora, and made us a last minute appointment over the phone the day before.We're going back this coming weekend to get his other daughters hair done too. This is definitely our new spot.Another plus is that it's right next door to a Mexican ice cream shop.

Very bad service, I was cut off from her for a long time. Until I messed up my haircut (Bob style) and when I went to ask her to fix it, the girl just laughed. I never received even an apology. That's why I never returned to her. Awful!

I went to have him make me capes, I showed him the photo of what I wanted. I specifically asked him NOT to cut the length of my hair, it was very long and beautiful. I took a photo of the length before to compare and a photo after just in case and it's good that I took them because it clearly shows that I left it super short. When I got home I dried it to see if maybe the damage wasn't that much but I LEFT IT UNPARATE TOO and it shows a lot! I do not recommend nor will I return to this salon. The attached photos are the photo I showed him of what I wanted, how long it was before Jackie cut it and how she left it uneven.
