I purchased a vehicle from them September 2023 within the first week I was having issues with the tires and I asked them to replace the tires they didn't. David ( mechanic) very rude they lie and they speak their language so you won't know what they are saying. The customer service is horrible I put over $2000 in repairs and still no vehicle they have the truck and will not deliver the message to the owner George to call me.
Bad For Business
UPDATE 6/10/2024 They wanted to charge me $1500 for a crank shaft sensor after I had a fuel pump, oil pressure sensor, tune up and other work done to the Truck, within a few weeks of purchase I had to get a new key made because the key broke in the ignition and they refused to give me a copy so I paid $150 to get a key cut had the run repaired because it was cracked I never wanted the rims asked them to swap them out and the didn't.They are liars and very nonchalant they talked over me being very rude JOSE/DAVID they don't have respect for a woman ( me) I've never been rude to no one there. Now they have the avalanche orange for sale again for the same price they gave me last year September 2023 They claimed they would help with the repairs but didn't the vehicles there are no good. Yes I missed a few payments ( with notifying them) because I put that money towards repairs and the truck was still not running. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM CARS/TRUCKS sit on their lots forever I found out after I purchased. Just be careful what you buy and who you do business with.

I purchased a car from here 2 weeks ago and it quit on me today. They will knowingly sale you a trash car and don’t care. Please don’t buy a car at this place.

There should be a way to use zero stars. I did tote the note with this place and the car I test drove did fine when I test drove it....on the way home it broke down and it took them 2 days to get someone to pick it up and when they did they took the 2 batteries that I used to try and get it running and kept them. The cat did not have seat belts in the middle 2 seats and when I did finally get it back it drove for less than a day before it broke down again. They had it for several days again, then I got it back and once again, it broke down. When I first bought it I had them put it on a diagnostic machine and they said it was an oxygen sensor. I heard them tell this to several other customers while I was there..when the car broke down the third time I had someone plug it to a diagnostic machine and oxygen sensor never even shower up. They told me they had changed the oil, there was, in fact, almost no oil in the car. When I addressed them about the seat belts they said they would have to see if they had any. I went to the junkyard and replaced the seat belts myself the last time I had the car and low and behold it broke down again and they told me that the ONLY way they would put me in a different car was if I brought them more money and they did not give money back. So they basically took my $2000. I am a mother of 5, one of my children being 3 months old now. I have no idea why this place is open or able to sale vehicles with no seat belts. I do have a lawyer and the lemon law is in effect in Mississippi so they will be giving my money back when it's all said and done. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THESE PEOPLES HANDS!!!!

They sell bogus cars. 9/10 the car dont work or the engine will overheat. They do not not conduct business. They are finessing people. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE LIARS AND THIEFS

I have bought 4 trucks from these guys and they have always been Courteous and willing To help in any way they could I am fixing to buy my 5th truck from them and I'm sure that I will receive the same courtesy I have always gotten from them
