Have you ever had to visit 2 Regions banks with 0 tellers and attempt to deposit your money into 6 ATMs before you are successful? I have.

This is the worst banking experience I’ve ever experienced. From the branch manager to all employees are rude unprofessional nothing like what the bank use to be. If it was not for the fact I have banked with Regions for years and have direct deposit set up, I would close my account. Ever time I deposit my husband payroll check they put a hold on it, and have yet been told the reason why. I can go to another branch and see one assistant manager and never have an issue. There has never been an explanation or policy shown to me as to the holds. I was told it’s up each branch. This location is the closest to my house but I have to drive out of my way to been treated with respect and as a long time customer. I refuse to bank with this location any longer. From the branch manager down all the employees sit on their phone talking or talking to each other while you wait until they are done. I even have pictures of them sitting on phone with a lobby full of people. They all have a horrible attitude. So unprofessional it is sickening. I will continue to drive out of my way until I had enough and take the long and tedious route of changing banks.

This bank is terrible. You walk in with no direction as to where to go so I stand in line and am told to wait my turn. There are 6 chairs in the middle of the floor to sit in. I guess that's because you are going to wait forever for a normal banking transaction. Finally a bank representative comes out and says, "I can help whoever is next." How do we know who is next? No line, no number system, no sign in sheet, nothing. Horrible system. Need to rethink this new and improved ineffective banking system you have created.

I Watched the assistant manager Alexis get struck in the face by a mad customer on Friday. Her Upper management did nothing to help the banker after she was punched in the face by the customer. Worse Bank in the world take your business elsewhere . I can't do business at a bank where they allow their employees to be beat on by customers. I will be closing my account I refuse to make people rich if they can't even take care of their associates. Upper management is making money while their associates get black eyes. Terrible

I have the worst experience with this bank, the atm took my card on a Friday a holiday weekend really messed up my plans, thinking about moving to another bank, and then I find out that the bank has nothing to do with the atm machine, not good!!!!!!!
