The women that work here are just amazing. I have a fear reactive dog and the way they made him as comfortable as he could be made my heart happy. I will definitely bring Boy back here for any needs we have because I know he will be in good, professional hands.

More of a social club than medical facility. Despite repeated assurances every few minutes, our dog was never seen by the veterinarian. After waiting 90 minutes, we gave up and left, and we were only there for a rabies shot.
In addition, the entire facility was filthy and run down.
I don't recommend it. Do yourself a favor and find another vet.

I called to get my sick cat in to be seen they said come on in and got to a room quickly the assistant lady was so nice and the front desk lady was nice and doing her best to answer my questions but she wasn't informed enough and then the actual vet come out and says you can go ahead and pay a down payment so we can get started on the exams she was real rude about it I was trying to to find out how much everything was so when I came to pick my cat up I would have enough money but she interrupted me being rude she worries about the money and not the care to my pet so I told her that her hands weren't touching my animal and left with my cat so I scheduled with cat and cow in olive branch. Open arms vet is unprofessional the place is run down and dirty they need to be reported!! The ladies I mentioned at the beginning were really nice that's why 2 stars

This clinic told me it was cost $111 dollars to see my dog. I put the money together and they said it was cost $146 dollars now. They are liars and do not hold to their word. This is terrible to treat your clients so poorly. Especially when you dog has allergies

I wouldn’t take Michael Myers’s here to be euthanized……. Horrible! They tried lying about state laws to MAKE me spend more money! The facility needs serious remodeling! The staff needs updating as well! I took my litter of Maltipoo pups elsewhere !

We are visiting from out of town and our dog got sick. They were able to work us in and help take care of her. Everyone was so nice and I felt that my girl was in the best hand possible.

My two fur babies have been going here since I owned them. They love it! They act like they didn’t missed me when I pick them up after boarding lol. The doctor is nice and knowledgeable and the staff is sweet. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait time so be prepared if you go.
