The Indian guy Ahmed asked me to pay 45$ for a phone switch , same line just on a different phone, and when I asked for the receipt he said I'll get a text , the text came for 27.41 $ and the rest went to him . Don't go to this store

went here today to upgrade my nephews phone and to get a new tablet. Instead of the 15- 25 dollar upgrade esn fee most metros charge, they attempted to charge me 70dollars. 35 for me to keep the same number on an upgrade, 35 for activation. As for the tablet i was offered a 2nd tablet if i upgraded and assured that if i got it my bill wouldnt change. got the tablet, got home, checked my account, my bill went up 50 dollars a month. i had to spend an hour on the phone with metro customer service to try to get this fixed. stay clear of this store folks

Metro used to be Avery good phone company I never ever had problems with metro but then T Mobile bought them out and now I'm having nothing but problems I'm going to look into another company
