Appointments not honored & unorganized . 4 1/2 hours of waiting ‼ Added new people that are rude & make you feel bad about your hair. Even through they talk in different language , I understand what they are saying & they will make slick comments. They over charged for normally get done and my hair is not the style I asked for & my hair was lumpy in the back. I personally wanted a certain person instead they put me with someone else.
