The 2 ladies there today was completely rude to guy in front of me and when I spoke up the manager (I guess) put her hands in my face. Very unpleasant. This was around 4:00pm

I was here today 2-19-2024 was trying to get gas I have a reward # so I can get a discount gas is so high I try to save every way I can so I get the gas my receipt showed that I didn't receive the discount went inside to ask about it was told by All 3 workers that it was nothing they could do about it was very rude about it the manager was looking like she was ready to fight if I said anything else.never again just go to the one at church and hwy 51 they always are on point!!!

I was in there today and the girl crystal was extreamly rude and nasty to me for no reason, and was yelling at a little blonde girl that worked there. that should not be tolerated. im sorry but you will loose alot of customers just by having people like that working

If you want be treated like a lesser of an individual and have your money stolen and act like they didn't do anything wrong then this is definitely the place to shop. I had lended a family member my bank card so they could get some beef jerky and after they paid, his girlfriend had him return it because it was too expensive, instead of returning it to my card it was instead charged a second time. Upon my first attempt to remedy the situation I was told that it would be refunded back to my card by that night, which ended up not being the case. Fast forward to today and I go back with my bank statement pulled up showing a different staff member and was treated WAY BETTER but was told that since the girl at the register the day before didn't keep up with it I couldn't get the full $44 they charged my card for refunded. I will no longer spend my money in a place where every single staff member you have is rude, petty, and couldn't bother to look up from there phone long enough to pay attention to what they are doing. For the love of all that is holy please people, spend your money somewhere else, hit hem where it hurts, right in their paycheck, that's the only whay people like that learn. Just piss poor customer service.

I drive from Memphis tn to this gas station and I have came here at different times of the day and night and never have I seen these doors locked at 5 am sunday 4-10-22

when tend other morning to get my coffee and the lady behind the counter told me I could not bring my own cup in I ask why she told me because of germs that's why I want to bring my own cup so I don't have to touch any of their cups tell me how their cups made it into the store without germs the lady in front of me brought her on styrofoam cup in and got coffee and walked out without paying so they lost my business
