My house just got caught on fire the other evening, call State Farm past 8pm, at 9ish adjuster already calling me to go through the process and at 9:40’s, ALE Solutions called to see if we have a place to stay for the night. Told them we are already at a relatives house. The next day, Bert came out and gave us a check for us to start with the necessities. And they got us booked for an extended stay for 14 days until they can find us a long term stay since our house needs 4-6 mos to rebuild. Thank you, Bert West, and thank you State Farm!
