When I arrived to pick up my two prescriptions, the pharmacist told me that I didn’t have any refills left. This was unexpected. Though, I placed the order during my commute to work, without my pill bottles on me, the automated system allowed me to still place the order. So, it would have been nice to get some type of notification like a phone call or at least a text message before I drove up to Horn Lake. The pharmacist also told me that if I already been out of medication for seven days, I probably won’t die in the next few days. He was very rude to say the least.

Large Kroger.I could stay there 3 hours just looking around.

Called they said they were preparing my prescription now a hour later the rude pharmacist said it would be another 30-45 minutes

I switched to this pharmacy because my prescriptions are prepared while I shop. The pharmacy staff at the Interstate Blvd. location are awesome.

I used to brag on this pharmacy as they used to be attentive to every deal. However the last couple years have been a complete about face. Over charging for prescriptions filling the wrong prescriptions and then blaming the customer for their mistakes and those mistakes could have deadly results. Last week was my last straw and pulled all my prescriptions and took them elsewhere. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, they simply do not care about your well being!!
