After patronizing since 2016, I will not be back. Horrible customer service to their own demographic, blacks. The place has gone down, the workers look homeless; no acknowledgement of the customer. I will not beg for my car to be washed when I can go spend my hard earned money elsewhere or with the white folks. Do better, shaking my head at this place. Zero stars, but gave 1 to warn others.

I normally don’t do this, but I went here today and was very disappointed on how I was treated. First thing is when I pulled up, I wasn’t addressed at all by a worker. Then, I asked one of the men something; his response was it’s going to be a while. Well I can see that! So, I walked up to the other guy to say excuse me, he ignored me like literally walked in front of me after I tried to address him several times. I got in my truck and drove off! I refused to give anybody my MONEY and they giving me poor customer service.
I just addressed this situation because people always talking about support black businesses and I try to. However; I just witnessed black people catering to the white people or the blacks that look like had the money and just left me standing there! The crazy thing is my boyfriend love to take my vehicle there because he mess with those people, but never again! We will never support this place again! If I could give it a zero star I would! FYI: Learn some customer tips! You never know what someone got for you. Don’t miss out on your blessings showing ignorance!

They did an Amazing Job. The customer service is unmatched. As a Travel Agent I love doing Market Research just incase my clients are in Southaven I can refer them to hand car wash. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends. Just look at the Van. He cleaned that up!!!! My Clients are traveling to Houston Texas on Friday and I had to make sure that it was top notch.

I was worried about finding a place to get my new Camaro washed because of the matte black wrapped hood and these guys came recommended. The gentleman, I think his name was Will, did an amazing job and I will definitely be back. Amazing work!

NOPE- never again. I arrived mid afternoon and there was only one worker and a car pulled up before me. After that car parked to be served, I was asked what I was getting. I told the guy washed inside/out with vacuum. This guy looked so irritated and he totally deflated and kinda shook his head as if I just asked him to do a million chores. He reluctantly told me come back at a certain time, because he was all alone as he walked away in slow motion, like a kid who just got told he can't go outside to play with his head down. After that, I started not to come back, but it was really time for a hand wash that a drive thru just wasn't gonna cut it. I came back at the time I was told, and he proceeded to inform me "boss told me to shut it down". I'm looking confused like huh?? He repeated : "the boss told me to shut it down. The PROFESSIONAL , COMMON SENSE, COURTEOUS, thing to do would have been to honor your WORD. The BOSS, should have been informed how you PROMISED a customer service, and had them leave and come back. Once you fulfilled YOUR word to your paying customer who had already been inconvenienced once , when asked to come back, THEN you "Shut the s**t DOWN". I'm 100% sure if you had taken the extra steps to explain that to any BOSS, I guarantee you they would have advised you to service his customer first, and simply let that be your last for the day. No effort, nonchalant , and outright LAZY....as I said-NEVER AGAIN.Service: Auto detailing

Will killed it on my truck I just bought! The truck was absolutely trashed on the inside. He did such a good job on the outside and the inside! Will will be the only guy I take my ride too!!! That dude told me he would do it right and he did!

Will not go back. Only needed the interior vaccum & wipe out. Mark did a TERRIBLE job. The interior was smeared & the back hatch wasn't vaccum properly nor wipe down.Next time I'll go elsewhere & I even gave a good tip; after paying for the service.The person referring the car wash; will not accept their referral again.

The little hidden gem is the place to go to get your car done right! I learned about this place through word of mouth and was not disappointed by any means. The prices are extremely affordable and the staff had a smile on their face the whole time. So skip the whole auto wash that I have been using (sadly) and come check this local business out.

I had them wash my RV today and they did an amazing job! My RV has never looked more beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm from out of town but if I ever make it back down here I will definitely return!!
