My mom and I went in to buy some scrubs and I had the best experience! Whitney Letson was the sweet lady taking care of us and she was amazing! She helped us find just what we needed and was so extremely friendly!! I highly recommend stopping in and shopping at J&D Uniforms in Horn Lake! You can find all your scrub needs and the friendly service is just an added bonus!

J&D is the best & have sweetest people!! I came back for my favorite HH scrub bottoms bc mine had a small rip & they were a little too long. She hemmed my new pair & let me change into them so she could hem & REPAIR my old ones!! The most deserving place to give your business to! I will always be back!

Reason being I was there to purchase uniforms which I did but I noticed me being the only black lady making a purchase I wasn't treated as fondly as the 2 other white ladies that where there. They asked questions are you a nurse do you have an account .. I was only asked have you shopped here before. I was insulted .. I will take my business elsewhere...

I absolutely love coming to this store. The women are always extremely helpful. Especially this past weekend. Whitney spent over an hour working with me - finding me scrubs that not only fit the way I wanted, but also looked good on my body type. She also gave her opinion on what colors looked good and what didn’t. She treated me like I was her only priority and didn’t rush me when I couldn’t decide what I wanted. Being a bigger woman clothes shopping has always been a dreaded experience, but Whitney made it bearable. Thank you for everything you did for me.

SERIOUSLY WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD !!!! NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!!!!! last week me and my friend came in here and the sales lady told my friend “ i know she aint squeezin her thighs into a small” really rude. Then today i went in to buy scrubs for myself and she said to me “i know this girl aint squeezin into no small “ when i told her how rude she was and that her opinion was not wanted she continued to say “ i know you aint talkin to me in my face like that were goin to the dressing room” and she continued to follow me to the dressing room and when i finally changed to leave she called me a awful profanity im sure i cant leave in this review. Coming from north west community college ive always supported this scrub store butNEVER again!!

This place has the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Hate that I don’t remember the young lady’s name that helped me but she’s an angel! She was super helpful, smiling, and found the styles and sizes I need! Very knowledgeable about where everything is in the store! I just went yesterday (Friday the 13th). I will be back because of her pleasant demeanor and willingness to help me! Pricing is very comparable to other stores in the area, including Walmart. Great selection too!
