Traveling in our rented RV and had a problem with one of the tires! Two technicians came outside inspecting and repaired the tire in an extremely fast and professional way! Turned what could have been a dangerous situation into getting us on the road to continue on our journey! Highly recommend this place for all your tire and maintenance needs!! Again ( I forgot to get their names?♂️) thank you very much and have a a Blessed Day!

Finally, an Auto and Tire Service that told me the truth and backed it up. My daughter took her car to a dealership and another auto & tire service on East Goodman Road and was told her brakes were worn out at 32,000 miles and she needed new pads, rotors and much more. I called Mark at Gateway on 51 South and was advised to bring it in for inspection. Their expert technicians did a thorough inspection of all four brakes and also checked the alignment. The two previous visits to the others had words told to my daughter that complete brake failure etc. Mark called me back since we left it there and told me that the brakes still had 50 percent life and the rotors were fine. She did need an alignment. So instead of spending over $700 like the other two businesses wanted she got out of there under$100. What a relief and thank you Gateway for your honesty. Highly recommend this business!

Came in to get a tire quote and was talked to horribly from someone named mark. Older man with white hair. He talks to me like I was stupid and I didn't appreciate it. I decided to take my money elsewhere

Lied to us on phone to get us there for a simple patch or plug - we could see the nail in our tire. They said they'd be able to fix it quick. When we arrived within 5 min of talking, they were laying down playing on their phones so we felt assured that we'd be helped quickly. As soon as we walked in, they jumped up and grabbed the other 2 peoples vehicles quickly arrived after us for oil changes and maintenance. And told us we would have to wait. Why lie to us and take others? We weren't from the area and drove to them for this abysmal experience as the lady up front was very rude when we asked why they lied to us to get us into the door.

Employees were laying down on the shop floor with 3 customers waiting in the store and the counter girl lied saying they weren't busy...

Recently visited this store and the the customer associate was extremely rude. Called up there to ask about fitting me into there schedule Mary ( she said that’s her name) advised that it wouldn’t be a problem. Went to there location 1st time there, and advised that I brought new tires and just needed the put on she said she’s not sure if she can get me in today because I didn’t buy the tires from them. She proceeded to point to there sign saying they sell tires there a tire store and that they’d get me in when they can. It was a terrible experience and I see no reason to go back!

Several Gateways in Desoto County but this one might be a hidden gem!!! Excellent customer service (Craig) and in/out in less than 30 minutes for a tire rotation!!

Rip-off !! Stoled my tools and my Mercedes Benz key lock for my tires. Refuse to own up!! Plus will not balance your wheels properly.

I was very rudely told "The cheapest set of AT tires we have are $1650 plus installation ". So I went to a tire shop down Hwy 51 and spent $2,378 on a set of tires.

No stars here…place is a rip off …wanted to charge over 2,000 for repairs…only needed 3 new tires instead of what they claimed…won’t be back to Hwy 51 & Church rd….you guys should be ashamed of over charging people !!!
