This morning 5/22/2024 was my second time utilizing the live teller. The experience was simply awesome ?. The live teller "Ms. Victoria" was absolutely great. Excellent customer service and just wonderful and helpful. This teller "Ms. Victoria" was better then the inside tellers. I loved her help and pleasant demeanor. Keep up the good job Ms. Victoria"!!!!!! I am a Loyal Banker....Love Cadence Bank ??

This bank sucks. The hours are ridiculous. To think people can make it there before four all week and 5 on Fridays is absurd. The people at getwell are friendly but the people at Southaven suck and wouldn’t take an extra step open til 5:01 for nothing

The representative are very rude , when you ring the bell for service it takes th.forevrr to answer and when they do they are very short with the customer not detailed at all

Always great service at this location. Sometimes drive-thru can be a little slow but that’s not always the fault of the staff.

The employees here are great, but the bank itself? No way. When bought out recently, they raised their fee from $5 to $8..the ONLY people that ever have to pay this fee are poor. Why increase the poor people fees? Will be finding a new bank soon that doesn't hate the people so much. :/

If I had an option of an angry face I would definitely use it, worst bank I have ever used. No wonder they have a 2.5 rating. On the very first visit they let us struggle to get my grandmother in the bank who had stage 4 cancer and weak, not one customer in the bank and no one ever offered to assist her from the car like the previous bank until we got to the door. Long story short, I was added to her account and made a large deposit for the purpose, paying her outstanding debts before she died so that none of her property or assets would be seized. Profiled and treated like a criminal each time I came into the office, denied access to available fund in excess of what was pending, and told that there were pending items, blocked her card without authorization or notification to joint account holder and then took it upon themselves to retract her SSI for Aug, , this was her July benefit that she was entitled to and that would help with funeral cost. This cause more hardship on the family and myself after paying for burial expenses. One or more of their tellers went way over their job title and interfered with family business prematurely. Then numerous reason for the retraction by the branch manager that were not true because the death certificate is not processed nor did we present one to the bank. we contacted SSI and were told that the Aug payment was her July benefit and she was entitled to it, benefits are paid the month after they are earned. She would not be entitled to Aug that would have been paid in Sept, ok fine, but they got all in our family business that was none of their business. The whole atmosphere was uncomfortable from the beginning and our rights violated as a customer. This was not her regular bank because she lived in Oxford. we only went there for 1 business interaction, never again

I hate this bank with all my heart!!! I had to leave this bad review, but its not all that bad!!! The ladies working there are wonderful people, but who ever is in charge of opening and closing the branch, omg!!!! Apparently they are so "strict" when opening and closing not a single minute more not a single minute less, on the dot they open and on the dot they close!!!! What I hate about this branch is when I want to come in and speak for one on one help with the top bosses they never never there, always on "LUNCH" or Break, I ask for a call back and they never call back or, worst they only call once and that's it, they don't even try!!! They look for the smallest excuse to close, any day or holiday, and they look for a reason to close!! Bad weather or heck not even that bad, and they will fin the most minimal excuse to close and not open!!!!

I went in today to open an account. I was the only one in the bank and was in a bit of a hurry but was happy the establishment was empty. I waited 10 minutes in the lobby and then decided to leave. I didn’t see the need to wait any longer being the only person in the establishment. Glad I didn’t open an account here today.

I pay $5 a month & I stop payment on a crooked account over 8 years ago granted thats 8 years at $5 a month asked them what I should do to remedy it they told me to open another bank account through them well if thats what I have to do ill open another bank account but not through bancorp

Nothing good you tell about this branch!!! I have been doing business with columbus branch last five years.. no isssue at all.. because of that I opened my account with them here with this branch.... soon will change my account to other bank..

Have been banking with this company for more than 15 years. Our personal & business account. Last week my son was involved in a motorcycle accident. He is undergoing numerous surgeries and will be recuperating for an extended time. Meanwhile with no income due to the wreck he was looking forward to getting the insurance check for his vehicle pay off. My husband (who the check was made out to because he is under our policy) went into the Horn Lake Branch. Teller Debbie ( who has always been a bit curt/ if not borderline rude) informed him it would have to be held for 15 days. Now this is a check from Progressive insurance / not just any fly by night company. He came back steaming at how totally unhelpful they seemed to be. I suggested he go try regions bank who he has a small account with that he does some e-bay sales on. Without even a blink they not only cashed it but gave their condolences regarding our sons condition. We have had a few times in the past that Bancorp south has shown us they don't really care about their clients but I have not wanted to go thru the hassle of changing banks. This time I certainly will be closing out anything related to this bank as well as letting ANYONE that asks know to NEVER do business with you !!!!
