Miss Pallee at the 3770 goodman location is one of the KINDEST ppl I've ever encountered! Her spirit is wonderful, her laugh is infectious, and she was very helpful! I'm definitely going to ask for her assistance the next time i come!

Had to replace a battery and took care of me fairly quickly but did an excellent job of making sure corrosion was cleaned off and took care it was put in correctly. Highly recommend this location

John H. has a bright future and more than willing to help me. Offered to put my wiper blades on and said he could not take a tip. But he was so helpful I thought I would pay him back with this survey. Give him a raise.

They were actually cheaper than Advance Auto Parts for what I needed. And had a little bit more knowledge and experience.

I visited this store in Horn Lake on the morning of 3/3. The people working there were very friendly. The lady working there, I believe her name tag said Pallee H, was very helpful and helped me with a problem I was having with my check engine light.

Would definitely recommend this AutoZone onley. Try to find the employee named scotty, he is a great employee. Do not go to advance Auto parts next door, they have unknowledgeable employees.

So I came in for a battery . They real on the timing in this store . So the lady she’s a sweetheart but you can tell she could use more training . The black bald dude is going to look T the battery to see if he’s a bale to change it . Okay he supposed to be doing that he and the white dude stops and starts to talk behind the counter … I’m just casually waiting after 10 minutes wasted … he says “ pop the hood “ I’m like the hood already popped I’m waiting ON YOU ! I popped the hood before I even got out . I was thinking to stop by here before I go to work baby they took they own sweet time with me … whatever they was talking about could’ve been talked about after he went to look under my hood to see if he was gone be able to take it out . Like ….. let’s get some training in this store . Customer come first
