Could not ask for better service from Joey, he is super on the phone and in person. I easily scheduled a time to bring my mower in and he kept me informed of any work that needed to be done and very fair pricing.

They do yearly service on my z500 series. Prices very reasonable. From scheduling to completion of work everyone is extremely professional. Technician performs the work on-site and maintenance is completed in a timely manner with high quality.

Purchased a John Deere Mower and had issues under warranty. They scheduled to pick up mower and I took a vacation day off of work. I called three times and was told they will show up but never provided a time. They never showed up nor followed up. I will run like a Deere to avoid them moving forward.
