I was in town for the funeral of immediate family in Hernando. After funeral service was over my car would not crank and it was after 8pm at night. I had to get a ride to my hotel and that night I researched local auto repair shops in the area. After researching and reading all the reviews Pounders Repair stood out from the rest. I called them the next morning got a tow to their shop and they quickly hooked up my car for diagnostics. They were able to get my car started and suggested I drive it the 6 hours home to get a complete check on my car from my dealer. After all this there was no charge for their time spent. If I lived in the Hernando area Pounders would be the place I would go. If you If live
in the area and have car problems I would definitely use them and trust them for their honesty and integrity.

They are my GO TO! They are so knowledgeable & HONEST! Did I mention how AFFORDABLE they are?! I love this shop. They’ve become like family. They always know me BY NAME when I call. Their turnaround time is amazing. It’s just overall the best experience each time, especially being a woman. It’s hard to find people that won’t try to take advantage of you during a bad time. I refer everyone to them. Even if you live in Memphis, they are worth the short drive.

Completed excellent work on my 2002 Chevy Silverado. Work was done in a reasonable time span and was done for a reasonable price. I recommend for everyone that has gas or diesel issues with their vehicles.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Would totally avoid. Awful customer service All we needed was an email address for a previous tune put on the truck. Both that tune and labor was paid for a previous owner.Insisted on us bringing them the truck that we had fixed ourselves already which threw massive red flags. We literally only needed an email address. Made a snide remarks to my independent mechanic that "he wasn't in the business of helping other shops."

Really helped me through a unique and sometimes controversial issue I was having with my truck. I had gotten bad gas and troubleshot it down to the fuel pump. The helped change it as well as fixing the other engine components damaged. They also sent the fuel to be tested. The work was completed in a timely manner and seemed they were a good group of guys.Service: Engine repair

Great place to get honest answers and fair prices on my vehicle repair. Defiently will use them again. Paul the owner was very easy to talk with and Brandon was very friendly explaining what the issues were.
