Terrible service. My husband and I walked in and were going to looking for a certain vape juice but the female worker with longer dyed dark hair rolled her eyes and was so rude. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Over-price all starter kits/mods by $30-$40. They’re simply taking advantage of people who are buying their first device or looking to upgrade. Seriously, anything you're looking to buy in this place can be found online or at other stores for near half the price.

Decided to give Vaping a try, went in and met Sophia. She totally rocks I told her what I done for a living and she hooked me up with a shock/water resistant mod. After picking the mod she was very helpful in aiding me on the right juice!!! She was very knowlegable and even showed me how to set up my machine from ground up. Very happy with the experience and definitley will be back. Thanks again Sophia you rock!!!

I only wish zero stars was an option. I have been purchasing from this store for a while now. Spent $70 on a Novo 2 and juice on February 22. March 13 the vape will no longer charge. I take it by the store, the employee tries and sees that it will not charge. She calls manager on the phone then comes back and tells me "I'm sorry but without the original box we cant help you". OK... I go home and find the box and call back within a half hour. "I'm sorry our policy is 14 days so there is nothing we can do to help you". That is NOT what you told me when I left there. Bad business practice, a total rip off, they do not stand behind the products they talk you in to. I will not darken the doors there again, and I will make very sure I tell anyone I can. No wonder small business is being put out by big box and online retailers. Even walmart and amazon stand behind the crap they sell.. Save yourself some heartache and money and just go buy your vapes online. $50 CHEAPER here
