My mother has been renting two units from this place for close to 10 years due to a long term illness that forced us to relocate. We had moved from an apartment and stored all our belongings in the units. When we moved out, ALL of our furniture was DESTROYED by rats. There was a dead rat on top of our kitchen table! Our clothes were chewed through and everything that was towards the back of the unit was unsalvageable. Rat droppings were EVERYWHERE and the smell was horrendous. If you’re thinking about using this company for a long term storage space, don’t. Unless there’s no better option. All of my childhood furniture, clothes and memories are gone. We had a photo album that was chewed through and had to throw many photos away and ended up being left 16 out of the 70 pictures that were in there. 16. Choose another company and save yourself the heartbreak we experienced from moving out.

I moved recently & I was looking for a storage unit that was closer to home that wouldn’t cost me a fortune but also wasn’t a dump. I pass this one every day on my work commute, so I stopped in. Sierra was fantastic. From the first question to the last and everything in between, she answered it all and then some! I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the market for a storage unit!

Have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. Had my account set up on auto-pay. They said they mailed a letter stating the increase back in August. I did not receive this letter. They have my email on file, so I would think an email notification would have been a better method of letting me know about the changes. For 2 months, they have been charging my debit card with this increase without my consent. Crooks. They lost a customer, I will vacate this establishment by December 26, 2024, before they rob me again 💯😊

Melody is the best! She walked me through the entire rental process over the phone and made sure the unit was ready when my belongings made it. She took the stress and worry out of the process.
