I purchased a pair of sunglasses for $2, Got to my car and realized the sunglasses were damaged. I only took the STICKER tag off. I took the receipt and the sticker back inside and asked for an exchange for the same exact pair that was not damaged. Jacquine (the cashier) told me she needed her manager present for the exchange, I waited, And the “manager” came over and told me she would not do an exchange or return or even sell the DAMAGED ITEM AGAIN because I took the tag off (which was easily put back on like it wasnt taken off) . I looked up the return/exchange policy before going in. Another customer mentioned their posted policy and the “manager” responded “this is not *location* this is Hernando.” She proceeded to be ugly and disgusting to this other paying customer. Not to mention the store is a wreck. Seems like shes too worried about being ugly than “managing” the store.

The cashier that checked me out, Cameron, was extremely rude to me. He said I was stupid and ugly and I should leave the store. He also has dumb glasses.

Very bare shelves and boxes everywhere, I asked and thought it was a new store but it's not. It does have a nice selection of crafty items not found in my local dollar stores that was quite cool and impressive.

This store has a very small variety of goods. And even the stuff they do carry are out of stock most of the time. The store is usually dry messy too.

Whew chile, this store is a HOT MESS! I came expecting the typical dollar tree selection, but it was so dirty and all of the shelves were very disorganized. Along with that, only 1 person was working the checkout lanes. I went here to get some coloring supplies but only left with some chocolates and candy for my mother as that's all I could rummage for in this messy store. 1 star, will avoid at all costs!
