Doesn’t matter if it’s my Jeep or F-150, my Son’s Mustang GT, or my Daughter’s Buick Encore, Mike has a service Tech with knowledge and experience on whatever model I bring in. If they say it needs replacing you can trust them and know they’re treating your ride the way they would treat their own and are never out to simply run up a bill. Having Maintenance issues are never fun or convenient but to not have to worry about being taken advantage of sure makes it hurt less. Thanks guys for the help thru the years!”

“I got in my car this morning and my tire light came on. After a quick google search I found American Tire Repair and thought I would give them a go. I arrived and found out they mostly do commerical but they told me they would help me no problem. I waited in the office for about 15 minutes and they had my tire fixed and ready to go. The whole process was easy and quick and the gentlemen running the shop were so kind! You just don't find that anymore. Highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their tires. You will not be disappointed.”
“I was in town for the funeral of immediate family in Hernando. After funeral service was over my car would not crank and it was after 8pm at night. I had to get a ride to my hotel and that night I researched local auto repair shops in the area. After researching and reading all the reviews Pounders Repair stood out from the rest. I called them the next morning got a tow to their shop and they quickly hooked up my car for diagnostics. They were able to get my car started and suggested I drive it the 6 hours home to get a complete check on my car from my dealer. After all this there was no charge for their time spent. “The guy who said he took me to court and won isn’t telling the whole truth!!! The car had a different motor, wiring harness, cpu, etc. ordered motor by VIn and went to install it, wouldn’t plug up. 1 year by itself!!!! I bought motor out of own pocket and got him running. He thinks his fuel pump is part of the motor job and the judge didn’t even let me defend myself “. Had texts, videos, and pictures. Judge was even my lawyer in past!!!! Explain that!!! Now he’s threaten me and my family’s life. I got him in sheriff. So they no truth!!”
“The guy working on my tire did a great job and did take him longer than usual but afterwards he told me to take the car to Gateway next time since it was hard for him to put the tires on. At least he was honest and finished the job he started.”
