WORST PLACE I’VE EVER DEALT WITH!! The pharmacist said that I had to buy both of my husband’s medicines called in by the physician even tho I told them to only fill one because we already had the other one!! She said that I could buy both or none!! She got upset with me because I questioned why I was being made to purchase both even tho he only needed one! She said that it was because the physician had called in both medicines at the same time! I told her that I had never been made to buy a medicine that I didn’t request to be filled even if they were called in at the same time. She told me again that I could buy both or none. I agreed to pay for both but still voiced to her that it didn’t make sense to be made to purchase a medicine that he already had. She looked at me thru the window, raised her hand and screamed “you need to hush I don’t have time to stand here and argue with you!” I told her that she needed to hush! She then took my husband’s medicines and said “you’re not getting any of it! Have a good day!” and she turned off the speaker and walked away! I sat in line and she came thru the speaker and said “you’re going to get out of my line one way or the other! I’m calling 911!” I sat there until the cops arrived. THREE cops spoke with her and she told them that she wasn’t going to service me and she couldn’t transfer the medicines to another pharmacy (including another Walgreens)!! She refused to even let the cops take my card and get the medicines!! Since when can a pharmacist decide if you can get your blood pressure medicine or not?!? Corporate has been contacted and the pharmacist better pray that my husband doesn’t have blood pressure problems since he took his last pill the morning because if he does then we’ll be seeking legal counsel!!

ZERO STARS.The management at the Walgreens Pharmacy in Hazleurst, Mississippi is horribly ineffecient. The staff are very nice and helpful but they appear to be disorganized and poorly led. When one is waiting to have a prescription filled, and said one is the only one waiting, and three to four staff are shuffling meds and one staff working the counter, why should one have to wait dang near an hour to have said prescription filled? Not very efficient at all.

This is the worst Walgreens ever! I’ve lived in six different states and I’ve never been to a more disorganize, filthy, rude store in my life. There is trash everywhere in the pharmacy, employees handle infant medication barehanded during a pandemic. I cannot express how much hate I have for this particular store. They pushed out the other pharmacy we used (rite aid) and we have been forced to use this abomination since. The pharmacy is the cherry on top. You should never have a pharmacy handle medication barehanded and without a mask spreading their germs all over people’s medication. I will be calling the authorities on this pharmacy for mishandling of medications. Something needs to be done.

I am very disappointed in the pharmacy. Never have prescription on hand and have to make a few trips. The pharmacist is not professional. After 3 months had to change to another pharmacy to someone that treets you as a person and not a number. They will run your blood pressure up.
