Wonderful experience switching over to Verizon and into a new phone with Emily. I have double the lines I had with AT&T, (added 2 watches, a tablet, and Internet for my shop) brand new devices, and WAY BETTER SERVICE for about $20 more than I was paying before for only 3 older phones. She definitely gave me the "bigger bang for my buck" and my family and I couldn't be more pleased with it.

I wanted Verizon cell service. This is NOT the store you want to visit. The employees are the least knowledgeable of any busy I have ever gone to. They do not know their jobs and could not care less if you choose Verizon or or not. They couldn't tell me about my new phone I was about to buy or the service plans. I said maybe I'll just go next door to ATT and she actually said, yea probably should. She didn't care one way or the other This store should close its doors. They are a disservice to the company.

Mrs. Kristi helped me change to Verizon after being given the run around from 3 different stores, online and over the phone. As soon as I told her what I needed, she was eager to help me and get my business account set up. I will pass another Verizon on the way to see her an extra 30 minutes out of the way from now on and refer everyone I know to her! If you’re looking for top notch customer service, go see her! It’s peace of mind knowing I can go to her for help and get everything taken care of. She is the best in the business and most definitely an asset to your company. I can’t forget about Emily for keeping us entertained and helping me pick out accessories!
