This company has a whole, is, I believe the worst company in the United States. I've recently disconnected from using their Internet service and desperately want to discontinue using their television service. They provide zero tech-support now and their prices fluctuate upward during the two-year contract, where they set the price low and increase it about 25% over the next 24 months, then they force you to come back in after 24 months and gravel to have it brought back down.

Shadasia was professional and efficient! This is the fastest, least painful experience we've ever had in one of these "Provider" stores. Spectrum stores are horrid comparatively!

I attempted to create an unlimited phone line with xfinity mobile at this location. The representative informed me that I would have to change phone numbers to create the line. After speaking with customer service, I was informed that this was false and I was actually able to keep my current phone number. As a result, customer service let me know that it seemed that the representative was trying to force a sale. Do not recommend.

The employee with whom I spoke was incredibly unpleasant, condescending and unprofessional.As a representative of Xfinity -whether "retail" or "customer service"- an employee should be able to assist a customer with whatever issues are occurring with any account held with YOUR COMPANY. If the rep at the store couldn't handle the issue, he/she should offer to help remedy the situation by reaching out to customer service on behalf of the customer.It is incredible that such ineptitude is allowed. The days of customer service are gone!If Xfinity weren't the only internet service provider where I live, I would leave them without hesitation!!!

Listing says open at 8am... no no. Someone is inside at 8am but doors don't open till 10am. Don't show up before 10am. Don't bother with the other store cause it's closed permanently they just don't have that posted.

by far the worst internet company I have ever seen. always check ur bills they add fees without saying anything and customer service was Absolutely terrible !!!!! switched to atnt im done with them !

After reading the negative reviews I was prepared for a disappointing experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the GREAT service provided by Gretchen. $85 per month for internet was about $50 less than I was paying Spectrum. So far internet service satisfies our household requirements.

Made an appointment. Showed up to the correct location at the day and time of the appointment and they were closed. As if the employees didn't feel like showing up. No sign or heads up.

Do yourself a favor and get a different internet provider if you want reliable internet. Constant outages with no warning or heads up. Countless number of phone calls with no resolutions.
